American Eagle Gold (TSXV:AE), a high-returning gold and copper stock, has shared a positive drilling update from the ongoing program at its NAK Project in British Columbia.

NAK 23-08 (complete)

NAK 23-08 boasts visual chalcopyrite mineralization extending to a downhole depth of 881 metres. The drill hole provides access to untested ground west of the main historically drilled South Zone, as well as west of the north-south fence of deep holes drilled by American Eagle Gold in 2022.

The visuals in NAK 23-08 highlight significant mineralization potential, especially through additional step-out holes to the west.

NAK 23-09 (complete)

Drill hole NAK 23-09 is 730 m east of NAK 22-01 immediately south of the main Babine Stock intrusion. It also yielded encouraging visuals that confirm mineralization beyond historical drilling.

Adjustments to the 2023 drilling plan may prioritize this area, which the company is now referring to as the Southern Margin Zone.

NAK 23-10 (in progress)

Drill hole NAK 23-10 aims to extend historically higher-grade near-surface mineralization found in NAK 22-01 and NAK 22-02, as well as link this shallower mineralization with newly recognized deeper mineralization to the west in NAK 23-08.

Early visuals are promising with local zones of chalcopyrite, molybdenite and bornite veining consistent with those in NAK 23-08.

Drilling on NAK remains focused on building scale and discovering further high-grade zones.

Management will release assay results to shareholders in batches as they’re received from the laboratory.

American Eagle is focused on exploring its NAK Project in the Babine Copper-Gold Porphyry district of central British Columbia. The company has achieved YoY returns of over 600 per cent.

American Eagle Gold (TSXV:AE) is down by 6.25 per cent trading at $0.30 per share as of 10:45 am ET.
