MetalsTech (MTC) has identified visible gold in hole UGA-30 at its Sturec gold mine in Slovakia.
Hole UGA-30 falls under the company’s phase three drilling program and was drilled to a depth of 173.6 metres. It is an infill hole above and parallel to UGA-03 that intersected 59 metres at 2.3 g/t gold and 9.4 g/t silver from 225 metres.
Visible gold in hole UGA-30 was identified at 68.7 metres and 127.6 to 127.8 metres within quartz-filled vein breccia and rich in fine to very fine-grained sulphides.
